how do you drift a front wheel drive or slide pwerslide watevs u wanna call it a automatic front wheel drive?

my mates do it all the time in front wheel drives but in manuals so i dont wanna hear err u cant drift them bla bla and so on and i dont want people anwering who split hairs like oh thats not drifting. Basically i want to fucking get my car sideways OK? so anyone who is willing to give a good informational anwer instead of bitching and wining comments anyways i own a daewoo nubira 2000 automatic front wheel drive sedan with a mediaum length wheel base i kno its lame car but hey i need to get some enjoyment outta it.

Ok its not going to be easy with an automatic but it can be done. To get a front wheel drive car sideways you must use the scandinavian flick to lift off oversteer method. Say you are just about to turn right (and drift round the corner), just before you turn in, steer left sharply then right immediately afterwards. This will throw the car off balance. At the same time as doing this lift off the accelerator very quickly (in a low gear if possible). This will shift the balance of the car from the back to the front, causing the rear end to slide out. Now you are going completely sideways and must be controlled by opposite lock. In my senario going sideways round a right hander you would need to steer left through the drift to prevent the car from spinning. Once your round the corner power out to drag the rear end back in. Simples.
