correlation and regression help?

two friends attend a wine tasting party at which they taste and rate nine wines. Each wine is rated on a scale of 1(undrinkable) to 20 ( wine of the century). At the end of the tasting the two friends compare their ratings to see how much they agree. Their ratings are below. Assume the ratings are no better than rankings. Caclulate the appropriate correlation coefficient, and test it for significance. Tell what your deicision means in the context of the exercise.

The data are not normally distributed and so Spearman’s rank correlation
coefficient should be used. Put each set into rank order, smallest first. It is
usual to omit pairs which have the same ranks. You will find the method
of calculation in your notes/ course book. Or search the internet for the above.
To carry out a test for significance you need a table of the critical values
of the correlation coefficient. The Null hypothesis is that there is no
correlation. If you expect that there is some correlation then the test is
1-tail.
The conclusion in context would be whether or not the 2 friends agree in
their assessment of the wines.
