CO2 WIne keeper, where can I buy one?

Sometime ago I went to a wine bar and I found a system whereby it is possible to open a bottle of wine and keep it for at least two weeks in good condition. The system used carbon dioxide to avoid the wine from oxidising and as I said it lasted a long time. A very good solution when you drink a glass a day. I have never been able to find an equivalent system.
If you have other systems which are better I would be interested in your thoughts.
I feel that the vacum type wine devises are not that good as in my opinion the vacume is not perfect and the wine goes off easily.

The system used in wine bars / restaurants is expensive – you could afford to waste many bottles for the same money. For domestic users there are spray cans of inert gas that do the same thing.
