How many grapes do I need to make my own red wine?

I have a kit that uses a concentrate (I believe 32 oz) that is to be mixed with 96 oz of water. I want to use my own grapes so how do I determine the proper amount of fresh grapes to be substituted? Should the fresh grape juice also equal 32 oz? Thanks for helping.
I meant to ask “How much fresh grape juice do I need”…not a specific number of grapes…lol

When we made wine from our own grapes, we figured that 10 pounds of grapes yielded about a gallon of wine. That would be the amount of must you would get from your concentrate and water.
