If I want to create a piece of art (to sell), which includes a wine label, am I breaking any copyright laws?

If I want to create a painting or other piece of art… which integrates a corporate winery’s wine label… which would then be sold at retail in a local shop, would I be in danger of breaking any copyright laws or be opening myself up to any sort of legal action from said winery?

I made an art piece with a starbucks logo cut out from their ad and put into the piece that was not breaking the law because I used their actual ad.
Then I made an nhl hockey team logo out of beads and that is breaking the law because I re created their logo without permission.
There is some ways around the fine line depending on the company you are dealing with. Some big names like Disney employ people to just look for infringement of there trade marked logos. So just be careful.
