where can I buy a good wine making kit (cheaply)?

I am looking for a christmas present for a friend. would ideally pay about 20 pounds maximum but MAY stretch to 25 (if it was REALLY fab). I have seen 6 bottle packs for less than this but I was ideally looking for a 30 bottle thingy….is this impossible?
