child is out of control?

since my 5yr old started school she does not think she has to listen when she is at home. she only thinks she has to behave and listen to the teacher. but the other day when i picked her up the teacher said that she had to chase her around the playground because she didnt want to leave. she wines and cries and throws horrible tantrums. its seems the only times she wants to behave is when she gets candy or gets to go somewhere. she also gets bored easily and cant sit still for more than 5 mins and then she says im bored and she cannot behave. i think she has ADD since she will not stop talking. she does it constantly, wont so her homework since shes flapping her gums. talks when she eats and it takes her almost a half hour to eat…can anyone help please

Give her 20 minutes to eat, if it’s not eaten take the food away. Obviously she is not hungry right then. Mine did the tantrum routine with the throwing the body on the floor, kicking and screaming. I dumped a glass of water on him and then made him clean it up. No more temper tantrums. The only other thing is give her time out constantly when she doesn’t behave. It is going to be hard for awhile, but sitting in the corner for a good part of the afternoon should settle her down.
