wine filter
How can I get the bitter taste out of my homemade wine?

Its not a big bitter taste its just a little bit bitter. I want to get rid of the bitterness all together. this is my recipie:

1 can of frozen juice from concentrate
1 pack of active dry yeast
4 cups of sugar

Put ingredients into a steril milk jug, fill the rest of the jug with filtered water. Put a balloon on milk jug and put in closet for 6 weeks (or until the balloon deflates) then put in bottle for at least 6 months. Drink after 6 months.
yea I definately dont use bread yeast or citris fruit. And I dont use vineger either.

drink more of it. the taste won’t matter after awhile.
seriously… filter thru at least 3 charcoal filters separately.
