Can someone give me advice on this Elderflower Champagne recipe please?

Jus t want to know what would be the result if I put more than 4 flower heads in this recipe. Apparently it will make a wine of about 4% alcohol.. How could I make it Stronger?
Ingredients

This makes about 10 litres of elderflower champagne:

4 large heads of elder flowers – make sure that they are fully open, preferably facing the Sun
1kg of sugar
2 lemons
4 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
10 litres of cold water
