What is the best way to preserve an open bottle of wine?

Vacuum wine pump (i.e. VacuVin or Houdini) or inert gas (i.e. Private Preserve). Also, what is the inert gas used in Private Preserve?

Definately vacuum pump it, and then store it in the fridge if you don’t plan on drinking it the next day. Not a fan of cold red wine? Just pull it out of the fridge and pour it into your wine goblet an hour before you serve/ drink it again. (Your supposed to let it breath anyway to achieve full flavour).
Sounds like a bit of a hassle, but I swear, it works for me alllll the time!
Enjoy!
