$100 corporate gifts–Please help!?

I am in charge of purchasing gifts for our employees. I work for an automotive factory and we have very high taste. Last year, we bought MP3 players for everyone. I need to find something between $100-120 for around 240 employees. I thought about a huge wine/gift basket with Godiva and such– boss turned that down real quick. Please help!!
