Would anyone care to offer assistance with regards to a bottle of red rasperry wine?

I purchased it a few years ago and am curious as to whether there are any suggestions concerning the accompanying meal and preparations for the wine itself.
I would like to have an idea as to how it should be chilled or aired.
This particular vintage won a double gold at a tasting in Des Moines. It is my wish to enjoy it to the fullest extent and I would appreciate any information you could provide.
