I want to open a classy “Bier Hall”… any better ideas?

Why is it every bar has dim lights, scuzzy floors, and tin ash trays? It seems every bar is the same. Boring, smelly, and predictable.
My idea of a great bar would be really classy thick glassware, fine china, and wine decanters. I would buy some fine paintings for the walls, instead of ugly beer signs
And cleanliness. I mean every day going over it with a buffer and a fine tooth comb, and degreaser, cleaning every nook and cranny.
For ashtrays, getting the big pretty glass crystal ones, for the tables, really fine linen that is changed every day…
And normal lighting, like in a restaurant.

But the main drinks I would serve would be beer. Just beer, with a choice of dark or light. And the name would be “Bier Hall”. Simple and straightforward…
