Is it bad for me to drink a glass of cabernet every single night?

I am a female and 27 years old. I have come to love the taste of red wine. I feel like I need a glass of it every night. Does this make me an alcoholic? I always drink just one glass, but on occasion, once a week maybe, I might have two. I have been doing this for a couple of years now.I don’t get drunk from drinking a glass, it just makes me feel good for some reason. I know drinking is supposed to be okay in moderation, but am I going overboard?
Also, by one glass I mean 4-6 oz.

My uncle, who is a medical doctor, told me that not only is drinking one or one and a half (on average) glass of red wine every day not bad for you, it’s actually good. He says it’s good for your heart and arteries.

Since this habit you have is obviously not hindering your social life in any way, and there are no bad side effects, I’d say you’re a moderate habitual drinker, not an alcoholic.
