WINE Glasses!?

It would be really tacky to serve your guests out of disposable plastic at such an important event, not to mention bad for the environment!

You can get wine glasses from IKEA for 50 cents to one dollar each. They have champagne flutes, too. Check your local IKEA or IKEA.com— oh, wait, you only need them for the champagne toast? Then just get their champagne glasses.

Also, consider going to the Goodwill and other simillar shops in your area, and buy up all the mismatched champagne glasses they have (check for nicks in rim before buying so no one gets hurt)– they have wine glases too but champagne should really be served in a flute. The glasses don’t all have to be matchy-matchy– in fact it will help people to keep track of their own glass if they are all different. The Goodwill also always has lots of mismatched vases, for your centerpieces.
